From Monday to Saturday
Morning classes: from 9 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
Afternoon classes: from 2:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m.
Night classes : from 18:00 to 21:00
Classes start any day.

We have really enjoyed learning with Maite and the Spanish Language Institute. She has been very flexible with our schedule, and offers classes through zoom which has allowed us to do long distance learning. She is always prepared and has even personalized classes for us based on specific needs or events coming up. We have had classes about doctor visits before an appointment, and many other specific classes that have helped so much navigating life in a different language and culture.
I would highly recommend that anyone interested in learning Spanish take classes here. They can teach beginners, offer review lessons as a refresher course, or even help those wanting to speak at a more advanced level.
I took Spanish lessons with Maite for two weeks while doing an internship in La Paz. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind and perfectly matched the Spanish with my level teaching me in English and Spanish making more of the lesson in Spanish each time as my ability grew. It was exactly what I needed as a beginner and I left the class much more confident! Highly recommend
My experience with the Spanish Language Institute was fantastic. Josue was a phenomenal interpreter - always punctual and incredibly helpful, putting extra work in outside of out meetings to ensure my needs were met. Highly recommend!

We took Spanish lassons for 5 days as complete beginners. We learned all the basics and the important vocabulary for traveling and Maite gave us a lot of additional material which we can use in the future. Maite is a very good teacher, patient, and supportive.
Maite is the greatest Spanish teacher in Bolivia! She is patient, funny, experienced, and tailors the content to your needs. Her methods are creative, fun, and engaging. You will benefit immensely by working with Maite at the Spanish Language Institute. If I could give her another star, I would!
